Synopsis

Driven by their need to unmask the killer, Dean Munsch, Denise, and the Chanels interrogate Hester, alongside the sole survivor – guest star Alec Mapa – of the Halloween massacre. Chad accuses Brock, then makes a startling offer to Chanel. Elsewhere, a new patient exhibiting an extraordinary condition—guest star Cheri Oteri—brings Chanel #3 and Cassidy closer together, while another victim disrupts a festive gathering.
