Synopsis

Sylvester encountered his estranged father, a retired general, whose presence stirred a familiar unease. The general sought the assistance of Team Scorpion, convinced that a dictator in Africa had unearthed a devastating weapon from the Second World War – a weapon he feared would be unleashed.
