Synopsis

Vickie Cushman seemed destined to seek romance where it wouldn’t be found—until she met Scott Hornoff, a married police officer. Things appeared idyllic, or at least she believed they were. But shortly after their paths crossed, Vickie was discovered murdered, the circumstances shockingly violent, and the police launched an investigation that quickly led them down misleading trails.
