This installment of the later Scooby-Doo shows ranks among my least enjoyed. It’s largely due to the fact that for viewers outside of America, identifying these featured 'celebrities' becomes little more than guesswork; it's hard to tell who they are supposed to be. I imagine even in the United States, many people would find themselves asking "Who is that?" when seeing the guest stars. The rest of the program is acceptable, but this particular idea seems tailored for a single audience.
