The animation isn’t terrible, especially considering it's a Scooby-Doo movie—a welcome change from productions that seem determined to force some kind of agenda. It was nice not to have "THE MESSAGE" shoved down my throat. Aside from that, it doesn't rank among the very best installments in the series, but neither is it the absolute worst. It’s a pretty respectable entry when you think about what else has been released recently. I'm giving it high praise simply because they managed to make something reasonably enjoyable back in 2019.
