Synopsis

Janet, or rather Maddie, returned home to find Sandra awaiting her, a mixture of shock and relief etched on her face. The lingering presence of the departed seemed to react to tangible reminders of their past, objects from their deaths unlocking unseen passages within the house. Meanwhile, an obligatory school function revealed a subtle undercurrent of tension among the living students, their concerns largely focused on Janet's reappearance.
