Synopsis

The governor's wife is a victim of rape. He then seeks to enact his own justice, subsequently requesting that Olivia and her team intervene to manage the fallout. Simultaneously, both Cyrus and the President are surprised by Cyrus’ husband, James’s decision to resume his career as a White House journalist.
