Synopsis

Following a car accident, a mother and her son are rushed to the hospital. It soon becomes clear to Alex and Joel that the mother requires a transplant, and the son insists on participating in the procedure. Meanwhile, Rian and Maggie find themselves embroiled in a dangerous predicament.
