Synopsis

A chest wound claimed Alex's life, and Charlie perceives her now as a spectral presence. Alex’s final moments were shadowed by the horrific sight of her father's suicide. Joel grapples with profound guilt surrounding Alex's fate. Maggie has ended her relationship with Gavin. Ultimately, Alex falls into a coma and persists as a ghost.
