Synopsis

At Hope Zion Hospital, the medical staff confront echoes of their history as Alex, Charlie, and Joel undertake the challenging task of operating on a malpractice lawyer notorious for pursuing legal action against physicians. Simultaneously, Zach faces a trial when the last individual he wishes to treat arrives in the emergency room, and a patient from the previous season returns with unsettling revelations for Charlie and Alex.
