This show deserves a place among the best recent series. The fight scenes look impressive, and while the music isn’t standard fare, it works surprisingly well for the program; the audio quality is acceptable, and both the characters and plot are quite strong. It's not likely to be a truly startling experience, but all of its elements mesh together seamlessly and create a smooth viewing experience. I don’t anticipate wanting to watch it repeatedly, yet I suspect I will eventually find myself longing for it. If you enjoyed "Cowboy Bebop," give this one a try.
