Synopsis

Pursued relentlessly by Ukyo, Kambei and his companions seek refuge with Shichiroji, an old friend, at an inn in Kougakyo. There, Shichiroji reveals the existence of a hidden passage, a potential route to escape their pursuer. The question hangs heavy: will they manage to shake Ukyo? Will Shichiroji join their flight, or remain behind with Yukino? And what fate has befallen Kikuchiyo?
