Synopsis

Kirara’s dowsing crystal revealed a samurai of considerable strength, one deemed capable of leadership, yet he steadfastly refuses their plea for aid. Katsushiro, untested but eager to serve, volunteers instead, but the crystal offers no guidance toward him. Is Kirara’s instrument of divination flawed? The answer must arrive swiftly; the Magistrate’s pleasure-seeking son has abducted Kirara, and the young samurai faces his first true trial.
