Synopsis

A pall hangs over Salem in the wake of the trials, and Anne seeks solace in John Alden's presence. Strange occurrences stir within Alden, leading him to question the true nature of Magistrate Hale. Meanwhile, Mary uncovers the identity of a witness to the witches' ritual and considers her response. Separately, George Sibley begins to formulate a plan for escape from Mary’s control.
