Synopsis

Usagi and Chibiusa found themselves drawn to a peculiar woman of foreign appearance, who offered to accompany them to the vibrant Azabu-Juuban summer festival. Little did they realize that this newfound acquaintance was a princess on a clandestine visit, pursued by forces both within her own government and by the shadowy organization known as Hawk's Eye.
