Synopsis

The city bustled with the vibrant energy of a carnival, a spectacle at which many of the senshi were employed. It was during this festive time that Chibiusa arrived, and she quickly became entangled in Eugeal’s objective. A carnival singer, a figure of importance to him, found herself the target of an attack. In response, the senshi rallied, each lending their strength to safeguard her heart, Chibiusa joining the fray as Chibi Moon.
