Synopsis

The Black Moon Clan held dominion over Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter, a fact that Minako believed demanded direct communication with Chibi-Usa. She proposed to Usagi that they seek information from her about their new adversaries, hoping to glean details necessary for rescuing their fellow Sailor Senshi and finally dismantling the Black Moon. However, the final Spectre sister was consumed by vengeance, resolved to turn humanity against the people of the White Moon in memory of her fallen sisters.
