Synopsis

Throughout the Old Testament, and for believers even now, the central calling of God's people has been to cultivate a deep relationship with the Lord. This involves worship, service, and also reflecting God’s character to the world (Deuteronomy 4:5–8). The sanctuary itself served as a testament to God's nearness to humankind, revealing profound truths and offering salvation to those who approach Him with faith.
