Synopsis

This week's lesson considers three of Jesus' most powerful demonstrations of his divinity. A notable aspect of these events is that disbelief or a failure to grasp their meaning accompanied each miracle. For some, these occurrences spurred them further from Jesus; for others, they fostered a deeper obstinacy. Still others used them as justification for planning his demise. And yet, for others—these events offered the opportunity to truly believe in Jesus as the Messiah.
