Synopsis

The crucifixion of Jesus extinguished the hopes and faith of his followers. It was a bleak time for them, compounded by the fear for their own safety (John 20:19). In Mark 16, the concluding chapter of the Gospel, we witness the events that followed his death. This examination will end with an invitation to the reader of Mark to carry the message of the gospel to every corner of the earth.
