Synopsis

Inside the volatile prison riot, as the SWAT team moves to secure civilian hostages, Hondo grows increasingly wary, sensing a deeper purpose to the inmates' rebellion. Meanwhile, a celebratory visit from Deacon’s wife, Annie, to mark his tenth anniversary with the SWAT division takes an unforeseen and complicated turn at headquarters.
