I managed to get through only about ninety minutes of this last night before I felt like recoiling in discomfort. It's hard to find anything positive to say about any of the people involved; none of them were remotely appealing or had a single good quality. They all came across as flat, lifeless figures. The main character was particularly frustrating, and frankly, I just wanted her to remain gone and not reappear. The whole thing felt overly self-important, poorly made, and couldn’t compare to Groundhog Day, which immediately captures your attention and is genuinely funny. It didn't make me laugh or draw me in, at least based on my experience.
