Synopsis

The world fractured for Carter and Lee when a young graffiti artist became an unwilling witness to the brutal killing of an LAPD detective. Now, their mission is clear: to locate the artist and use his testimony to expose the true perpetrator – a figure notorious throughout the city's underworld.
