Synopsis

A series of public humiliations, orchestrated by an enigmatic figure, have begun to unsettle the city’s elite. Detectives Carter and Lee are tasked with uncovering the identity of this individual, who seems to be deliberately exposing the secrets of those who wield power – individuals with much to conceal.
