Synopsis

The Rugrats dusted Dil with "Baby Power," hoping it would grant him the strength to challenge Spiffy in a game of tug-of-war. But soon after, an earthquake rattled the city, and the children concluded that Dil possessed too much of this newfound power. They resolved to find a way to restore him to normal. The earthquake had presented Stu with a chance to showcase Pickles Industries' latest innovation: specialized earthquake safety helmets, touted as "the first name in disaster preparedness."
