Synopsis

On a sunny afternoon, Taffy brought the infants to the park for a picnic. There, Phil struck up an unexpected friendship with Dusty, a young man diligently collecting litter. It turned out Dusty was performing community service as a consequence of a past offense involving discarded refuse.
