Synopsis

At the Java Lava, Angelica proudly displays her new "Hip Teen Cynthia" doll, a marvel of articulated speech. But unnoticed by Angelica, the Rugrats have wreaked havoc, leaving the doll in pieces. Soon after, Stu takes it home to repair the damage, and Cindy, a high school intern, arrives to help out at the Java Lava.
