Synopsis

Chuckie, in a moment of unfortunate clumsiness, managed to lodge his toy airplane in the toilet. This mishap spurred Chazz to acquire a replacement. As their parents browsed the aisles of a home improvement store, the Rugrats imagined an entire legion of toilets, driven by vengeance for Chuckie's transgression, were now hunting them.
