Synopsis

Stu’s remark about older brothers being “monsters”—a clear allusion to Drew—is taken by the Rugrats with startling seriousness. Consequently, when Tommy, in a playful imitation of a wolf, inadvertently frightens Dil and Chuckie, the babies begin to suspect Stu’s assessment is accurate. Is Tommy undergoing a transformation? Is he becoming one of those monsters?
