Synopsis

Stu and Didi begin a baby book for Dil, intending to document his firsts throughout his early years. Initially, the pages are empty, a detail that leads Angelica to suggest Dil isn't particularly bright. Determined to disprove this, Angelica and the Rugrats embark on a mission to "train" Dil.
