Synopsis

Gazing at faded prom photographs in their parents’ yearbooks, and with Alisa’s own prom looming, the Rugrats decided to host a celebration of their own. A limo and chauffeur (Dil piloting the Reptar Wagon) were secured, providing the perfect conveyance for a crucial decision: who would be prom queen – Angelica or Susie.
