Synopsis

Chuckie and the Rugrats headed to the park, eager to test out the pedal car his father had gifted him. The other children were immediately drawn to the vehicle, and soon, a small entourage formed, vying for a turn to be given a ride. Elsewhere, Didi and Chazz discussed Dr. Lipschitz, with Chazz possessing the most recent information about the doctor's endeavors.
