Synopsis

Roy Davis, an old comrade from Grandpa’s days in the army, is visiting, and Grandpa worries about appearing diminished by his receding hairline and failing physique. Simultaneously, fueled by Angelica's pronouncements – naturally – that Tommy will remain a baby forever because he lacks hair, the Rugrats embark on a quest to procure some for him.
