Synopsis

Two years after Angelica’s calamitous reign over “The End of the World,” the Rugrats braced themselves for the impending celestial event and its consequences. Angelica, now the world's President, issued decrees that bound even the tiny adventurers to her will, while Stu and Chazz devoted their time to perfecting their tennis skills.
