Synopsis

Angelica discovers a nickel in the sandbox and imagines a treasure buried beneath the grains. Enthralled, the children begin to dig. Soon, they are bickering over the prospect of finding more coins. Angelica marks the nickel with an X, but a gust of wind carries it away. She digs with frantic energy, desperate to recover her mark. The nickels are forgotten; the children abandon their search and return to carefree play.
