Synopsis

When Stu conjures a blackout, every lamp in town vanishes into darkness. Chuckie whispers that with the night's arrival, every frightening monster will emerge, but Tommy declares he knows of a source of illumination: the refrigerator. The Rugrats embark on an adventure, and just as they reach the appliance, the lights flicker back to life.
