Synopsis

Attempting to install one of his peculiar contraptions on the rooftop, Stu lost his balance and tumbled, striking his head. Disoriented, he began to believe himself a baby. The Rugrats seized the opportunity for amusement, playfully exploiting his delusion. Meanwhile, Tommy found himself unexpectedly yearning for his father's presence.
