Driven by the lure of the grand prize – a Kingfisher 9000, a boat renowned for its sporting prowess – Stu and Lou decide to enter Tommy in a baby beauty pageant. The question remains: can a dress and wig disguise Tommy enough to outshine Angelica, the pageant's most formidable competitor?
