Synopsis

Tommy longed to see the Reptar movie, but his parents instead brought him and the other Rugrats to the Westside Octoplex for a showing of *The Land Without Smiles*, a film starring the Dummi Bears. Undeterred by the saccharine spectacle, the Rugrats abandoned the Dummi Bears to seek out Reptar, which was also playing at the same theater, leaving a trail of chaos in their wake.
