Synopsis

Hank and Evan accept a position caring for a wealthy family residing on an isolated island, one deliberately untouched by modern technology. Against his better judgment, Hank learns that one of the women in the family intends to give birth there. Simultaneously, Evan finds himself at odds with a teenage member of the household. Back on the mainland, Jill navigates the complex currents of hospital politics.
