Synopsis

A string of inexplicable deaths casts a shadow over the glittering facades of South Beach, drawing Rosewood into a case where a brilliant young man is accused of murder. Yet, Rosewood is the only one who sees a glimmer of innocence in the accused. He navigates a complex landscape of a formidable new rival, worsening health, and the unexpected bloom of affection, all while Villa's inherent difficulty in connecting with others threatens to impede her investigation.
