Synopsis

Inspector Jarvis dispatched officers from the 15th Division to seize all "proceeds of crime"—anything bought with illegally earned money. However, a seizure at an illicit gambling house yielded a suspicious confession, prompting Andy to enlist Sam's help in unraveling the truth: who was lying, why, and where the money had gone, before the situation escalated.
