Synopsis

To find Oliver, the officers of the 15th Division must unravel a buried crime. As they delve deeper, the shooter’s intentions begin to emerge, revealing a carefully constructed plan. The past holds the key to the present danger, and piecing together the events of long ago is the only way to save Oliver.
