Synopsis

Caesar’s Anointed People’s Tribune recounts Mark Antony's return to Rome in the company of Octavian’s loyalists, Vorenus and Pullo. After a warm reception from a grateful Atia, Vorenus departs for his family, a reunion delayed for eight long years. Pullo, meanwhile, seeks solace in the city’s pleasure houses. Pompey issues an ultimatum demanding the general relinquish his authority.
