Synopsis

A bomber stalks the streets of Detroit. While OCP dispatches a specialized bomb squad, former police officer Russ Murphy, father of Alex Murphy, finds himself unable to remain a passive observer. Reluctantly, he joins forces with Robocop to confront the deranged Felix Weber, determined to avert a nuclear catastrophe that could engulf the entire state of Michigan.
