Synopsis

A wave of fear swept through Riverdale upon learning that Mrs. Thornton was accused of communist affiliations. At the same time, Cheryl’s father, Clifford, leveraged his influence over the Vixens, demanding she reveal the sexual orientations of students at Riverdale High or face the consequences. Veronica regarded Hiram’s unexpected return to town with immediate distrust, while Jughead began formulating a strategy to circumvent a boycott affecting comic books.
