Synopsis

A shadow has fallen over Riverdale following a disturbing event at the high school, and Archie finds himself at the forefront of the effort to expose the perpetrator. Simultaneously, the unearthing of a deeply buried secret ignites a volatile confrontation between Chic, Jughead, Betty, and Alice. In a separate thread, Veronica confronts a vengeful figure from her past who has arrived in town. And adding to the town's turmoil, Hermoine and Cheryl plot to undermine Sheriff Keller's authority.
