Hiram proposed a weekend getaway to their lake house, and Veronica readily extended the invitation to Betty and Jughead. At the lake, Jughead made it his mission to draw out Veronica, probing for any knowledge she might have regarding Hiram’s schemes. Meanwhile, back in Riverdale, Cheryl forged an unexpected alliance with a surprising acquaintance, while Josie found herself in trouble after divulging a secret to Kevin.
