Synopsis

The published assertions of a retired gay firefighter regarding the sexual orientations of some of the men lost on 9/11 demand a response from Chief Reilly, who is resolved to correct the record. Battling the grief of losing his wife and children, Tommy undertakes a task for Jimmy’s widow that unexpectedly leads to a startling revelation. Meanwhile, a probationary firefighter grapples with the unforeseen consequences of heroism after achieving his first successful rescue in a blaze.
