Synopsis

At Ben's group home, a friend lies in a coma following restraint by the staff. Ben implores Zoey to investigate, hoping to have the guard responsible fired or held accountable. Zoey takes up the matter, but soon discovers that systemic failures contributed to the inadequate training of the staff. When her report suggests the responsibility extends beyond the individual guard, Ben feels a sense of profound betrayal.
